How long from order to installation?
Usually 10 working days from the deposit. Motorization or special fabrics may take a little longer; we tell you at verification.
How do I measure my windows?
For an inside mount measure the inner width at 3 points and take the smallest; for an outside mount add 8–10 cm on each side. Or just request the free measure.
Do you work outside Tirana?
Yes, across Albania. For other cities we organise installation on set days; the measure can also be done by video call.
What if my measurements are wrong?
Nothing — production only starts after our own measure. If the size changes the price, you confirm before work begins.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, when card payment is active on the order page; otherwise by bank transfer or cash.
